We provided an Agile project management training program for a software development team seeking to adopt Agile methodologies. The training covered Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Agile project management tools. With the newfound understanding of Agile practices, the team successfully transitioned to an Agile workflow, resulting in improved collaboration, faster project delivery, and increased customer satisfaction.
